The Garden room is a large ensuited room with a queen four poster bed and views over the gardens. There is also a single bed in this room suitable for a third guest. It is one of the two original 1835 convict-built cottages that is now part of the main farmhouse. The hand-split weatherboards of the cottage are held together with hand-forged nails. The original shingles remain inside the peaked roof. The rate is based on two guests and a $50 extra guest charge is applicable to a third person.
